Oriental Bridge Cruises in Halong Bay
Standard and Superior Private Junks

Cruising in a private junk presents enormous advantages: the junk is yours alone, her smaller size allows her sailing in channels which larger boats cannot use and stop on small deserted beaches, she can spend the night in an isolated bay when collective junks have to stay in the same larger one, the service onboard is better and so is the food.ww

If, after your cruise in Halong Bay, you wish to spend one or 2 days in the magic « Halong Bay on Land » of Tam Coc (Ninh Binh), please refer to the paragraph Combination Halong Bay/Halong Bay on Land (Tam Coc/Ninh Binh) of the page Oriental Bridge Cruises in Halong Bay - Cruises on our own private junk Oriental Sun: www.orientalbridgetravel.com/halong-oriental-sun

Attention : Starting 1st April 2017, a fee to enter the bay, imposed by the Authorities, has to be added to the rates of those junks : 8$ per person for a 2-day cruise, 10$ for the 3-day ones

THE TRANSFERS FROM HA NOI TO CAT BA ISLAND (HALONG BAY)

Oriental Sun starts from the island of Cat Ba. To reach the island from Ha Noi, you have the choice between 2 solutions:

Private car Hanoi-Haiphong and boat Haiphong-Cat Ba Island

Departure from your Ha Noi hotel around 6 AM and transfer to Hai Phong, then boat from Hai Phong to Cat Ba. Return by boat from Cat Ba to Haiphong and car from Hai Phong to your Ha Noi hotel. This solution allows more time to visit Cat Ba Island.

Local bus Ha Noi- Haiphong and boat Haiphong-Cat Ba Island
